- 01Replace cool white bulbs (4000K) with warm whites (2700K) in living areas. The room turns honey instead of clinical.
- 02Buy or borrow a small dimmable lamp — the kind with a USB plug. Place it on the floor behind the couch for ambient backlight.
- 03Light one candle on the dining table at dinner, even when eating alone. The flame asks the day to end.
- 04Habit: turn off the overhead light at sunset. Use only lamps for the last two hours of the evening.
